Michael Kimack, formerly of Garfield, New Jersey, was born on July 13, 1906 to Mrs. Helen Kimack. In October of 1933, Michael Kimack began studies at the University of Newark, later Rutgers Newark, pursuing a major in geology. By 1936, Kimack had enrolled in the University of Newark's School of Law, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 1939.
